Nothing New
The most ambitious film so far, Nothing New, shows an epic rescue mission of a person who, with his parachute, became entangled in electric power lines. The plot follows an event with hundreds of participants on a desolate field facing the Jordanian border. This communal cinematic endeavor aims to re-unite, if only for a few days, the collective spirit of the socialist Kibbutz movement, that has undergone significant ideological modifications. The film adopts a hybrid approach that fuses surreal imagery with a live-action performance spectacle.
